Got to check-in late, nice building and surroundings, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good value for money, helpful suggestions for eating and sightseeing.
Nothing to complain about at all!

Location. Room had a very romantic decoration with nice details like box with candies, juice and bottle of water. Room and barhroom was very nice and clean. I was a bit late with check out but owners was very kind and waited with the breakfast.
It was a bit diffucult to sleep because italian family who is living in the same building was talking loud til the midnight. And then there was some chicken who woke me up at 6 in the morning by screaming loudly. Otherwise its a very nice place.

We spent a lovely New Year at a charming B&B surrounded by picturesque countryside. the breakfasts were delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and attractions. We also appreciated the friendly service from the owners, who were always on hand to offer advice and help whenever needed.
Although the overall experience was enjoyable, we did find the room a bit chilly at times, and the shower wasn't particularly powerful. the nearby road was quite noisy at times, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Gemma and Massimo are a really friendly couple who give you a true Italian welcome. We felt instantly at ease and were offered refreshments as soon as we arrived which was very welcome after a long journey. Gemma booked us in to a local restaurant for our dinner and so we went to bed feeling safe and content. Breakfast was delicious and served at a time that was convenient to us. Great place to stay for a convenient location close to the airport in Pisa.
As it was hot it would be great to have had air conditioning.

The owners took a lot of effort in the interior design of the hotel. Tasteful and stylish decoration. Very clean rooms and nice breakfast in the garden with selection of home made pies. Car park by the house behind closed gate.
Noisy highway nearby.

the separate entrance to our room provided privacy, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. the owners were friendly and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. Breakfast offered a delicious selection of locally sourced items.
Only downside was the limited kitchen facilities.

The location was convenient, with a nice garden and surroundings. The building was beautiful and the check-in at 22.30 was not a problem. The owner was friendly and made a delicious breakfast. Having a separate entrance gave us independence and the owner gave great recommendations.
For us, it was ideal.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable as we had easy access to nearby attractions. We appreciated the separate entrance as it gave us independence. The breakfasts were well-prepared.
The kitchen was not worth using due to it being too small and ill-cared for. The rubbish bins were overflowing with trash and the kitchen lacked crockery.
